Meet the Founders:
Calvin Chin & Jennie Lok
At Zen Coast Cares, we believe in breaking the cycle of financial struggle by equipping the next generation with the tools they need to achieve financial freedom. Founded by Calvin Chin and Jennie Lok, Zen Coast Cares is at the heart of our mission—a way to give back at the source by helping kids and young adults develop financial literacy and access opportunities that set them up for success. As real estate investors, entrepreneurs, and educators, we’ve built businesses—Zen Coast Homes, Zen Coast University, and Zen Coast Capital—that help people transition from active income to passive income to passion income. These ventures have allowed us to achieve financial freedom and empower countless others to do the same. But true fulfillment comes from giving back, and for us, that means starting where it matters most—with the next generation.Through Zen Coast Cares, we’re investing in the future by providing scholarships, financial education, and mentorship to high school students in need. Our goal is to level the playing field and equip young minds with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to take control of their financial futures—so they can create meaningful impact in their own lives and in the world.
From Active to Passive to Passion—This is Our Legacy.
